PMSM TECHNOLOGY
The latest achievement from our R&D team has resulted in a motor that is not only powerful but is also incredibly slim and lightweight, showcasing its beauty and modernity.
This cutting-edge motor platform is the result of a comprehensive approach that combines mechanical, electromagnetic, thermal design, as well as advanced AI optimization algorithms and simulation technology.
ZEPHYRUS aviation airfoil fan blade utilizes an industry-leading and innovative fan blade fixing structure, complete with a built-in safety parts design that provides multi-dimensional safety assurances.
Additionally, two sets of fan blades have been designed with through ribs to increase the rigidity of the blades and optimize the air supply efficiency of the fan.
The ZEPHYRUS has multiple safety measures in place to ensure safe use and prevent accidents. These include independent high-strength fasteners, internally threaded cylindrical pins, and an integrated spindle and chassis design.
The fan blade is also protected by an ultra-thick insert structure and additional safety parts in case of unexpected impact. The frequency conversion system will stop fan operation in the event of a collision to prevent serious accidents.
